About us
Megido Aviation was founded by Moshe Menahemi, one of Israel's civil aviation's veterans, in 1975 and has been supplying ever since a variety of aerial services, in a professional manner, while maintaining a personal relation and a welcoming family-like atmosphere.

Megido Aviation is ran under an operational license, that has been granted and is being supervised by Israel's Civil Aviation authority.

The company is located right at the center of "Emek Izrael" off a road called "Kvish Ha'sarguel".
A location that enhances the flight experience, thanks to breathtaking sceneries and the great wide open spaces. 

Megido Aviation's main fields of Activity.
Advanced Aviation tutoring.
Megido Aviation in one of the most experienced and professional Aviation schools in Israel. The lessons, both the theoretical ones and the practical ones are given by front row instructors that prepare you for the exams of Israel's Civil Aviation Authority.

At Megido Aviation you can study how to fly on a General Aviation plains (a Sesna 152 containing
2 seats or a Sesna 172 containing 4 seats) or on a  Light Sport Aviation (Ultralight)/

It is highly recommended to take a half an hour experience flight, that will enable you to check whether you wish to continue your flight studies.

During that flight you will be accompanied by an instructor, and will already then get the opportunity to hold the steering wheel and fly the plane by yourself.

Should you choose to continue studying, that first lesson would be considered as part of the minimum hours Requirements for receiving a pilot's license.  If you choose not to continue, you gained an unforgettable experience.

After graduating as a private pilot from the civil aviation studies, you can continue raising your flight level and off course diverse your flights – Megido Aviation offers a variety of courses and activities –from short coursed that do not require much time and effort, to professional courses [instruments course, commercial course, night course and conversion to professional planes] that will pave the way to working in the aviation field as a commercial pilot, flight instructor or a transport pilot. 

A pilot for one day
Do you want to surprise your loved one with a special birthday present or other special event? At Megido Aviation you can surprise your parents, kids, spouse or close friend with an unforgettable present – becoming a pilot for one day.

An experienced instructor will meet your loved one, brief him shortly on the ground, and explain about the systems of the plane and the principals of flying.

After takeoff your beloved will experience, while accompanied by a licensed instructor, the various actions a pilot takes during a flight. Those would include takeoff, ascending, turn making, gliding and landing. The flight will last for 30 minutes approximately and two escorts can join your beloved on board.

Fun and romance flights
Here at Megido Aviation you can find a variety of special flights, custom made for any event. From a birthday or Bar-Mitzvah surprise, through an original family trip, a romantic flight that's an original way for a marriage proposal till a unique way to surprise your spouse, or just a way to break the everyday routine.

The flight routes are spread above a variety of sceneries and landscapes: Emek Israel, Haifa and it's surroundings, Rosh Pina and Ramat Hagolan.    

The flight can be combined with a dinner at a restaurant or a picnic and a short hike. Other surprises as champagne, chocolates etc. are possible. 

Special flights: photography flights, VIP flights.
Here at Megido Aviation you can find CEOs flights and aerial cabs on VIP planes. These flights take place in accordance with the client's schedule and during which there are no unnecessary delays or wastes of the client's precious time.

In addition, Megido Aviation offers photography flights – starting from factories through landscape or wildlife photography and supervision, to missing person or stolen goods search for government institutes and private companies.

Plane rental for pilots and landing pad services.
Civil pilots can rent from Megido Aviation one of it's planes, after proving an appropriate flight level.

Moreover, Megido Aviation operates the Megido Landing Pad and provides landing and fueling services for pilots who wish to visit the area.
